Market Area Controller
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee finance and accounting functions for Market Area with $100mm+ in revenues.
· Report on results of operations. Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
· Monitoring progress and changes and keeping senior management apprised of current and projected financial status.
· Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Evaluating, assessing and strengthening internal controls.
· Work with Market Area management to create detailed and strategic operating plans.
· Identify and develop performance metrics in alignment with strategic goals.
· Work with Divisional Management teams to improve operations and add value.
· Leveraging the capabilities of financial reporting and profitability systems.
· Oversee preparation and management of month end financial statements for the Market Area.
· Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Market Area.
· Financial modeling and analysis – manage pro-forma models for prospective acquisitions, municipal bids and development projects.
· Provide training, development and guidance to direct reports including financial analysts and members of the accounting function including staff accountants, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections.
· Special Projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
· MBA and/or CPA preferred.
· 10 plus years experience in Senior Financial role.
· Prior experience within similar industry for multi-site business with revenues exceeding $100mm.
· Superior financial skills with an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information very effectively. Ability to frame complex problems and independently drive to actionable items.
· Financial modeling experience.
· The ability to think strategically.
· Strong leadership and people development skills.
· Strong communication skills that can be leveraged in writing documents, making presentations and debating strategic alternatives.

Operations Controller
This positions would report to the MA Controller. The following bullet points apply to this position:
· Have the ability to perform financial analysis as they pertain to operational accounting, verification, process, and correction actions.
· Have ability to close books and to reconcile A/R and A/P (Ed to provide technical abilities/functions).
· To work in a team approach including the Sales Manager and General Manager to improve performance for all responsible sites/locations.
· Ability to assemble costing models and update pricing targets/Pro Formas.
· Works closely with the General Manager.
MUST HAVE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
