Market Business Team Lead, Private Banking – Singapore recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Strategic Market Management: assist the Market Leader in defining and enforcing a comprehensive market strategy
Budgeting and KPI monitoring: assist the Market Leader in implementing budget plans and in monitoring and analyzing individual and team KPI
Compliance Control: support the Market Leader in approving and reviewing activities
Collaboration and Cross Sharing: collaborate and share information with other FO and non-FO departments to achieve alignment, synergies and effective cooperation
Market/COO initiatives: manage and contribute towards market/COO driven initiatives
Facilitation and Support: be a key contact point for the market and other support areas, provide support for new joiners.

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:

- 10 years of banking experience (experience as business manager is preferred)
- Sound understanding of Private Banking business dynamics
- Relevant regulatory knowledge and strong control mindset
- Solid operations knowledge
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous approach to work and ability to work under pressure
