Market Information Package Coordinator Job in Barton 2600, Australian Capital Territory Australia

Our client, a high profile statutory authority based in Barton, is seeking to engage an experienced professional to manage all aspects of its e-newsletter.

This is a permanent APS 5 or 6 level position based in Barton.

As the Market Information Package Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, editing and writing content from internal and external sources, managing subscriptions, web publishing and distribution.

Specifically your duties will include:

•?Guide and coordinate information from the Agencies specialists on general and market-specific content

•?Provide and deliver training and support to Agencies specialists in how to effectively contribute to the e-newsletter

•?Proactively manage, coordinate and drive the regular delivery of e-newsletter to all stakeholders.

•?Manage the database of subscribers including handling enquiries, annual renewals, subscriber audits, payments and user password/log-in administration.

•?Identify relevant issues and developments in the sector.

You will be an energetic self-starter who likes taking responsibility for all aspects of a project.  You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy working in cohesive team environment.
