Job Description
Case New Holland, a world leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of broad ranging construction and agricultural equipment, has an opening for a Market Intelligence Analyst. The successful candidate will gather and aggregate market intelligence data into structured datasets used to make informed business decisions about the scope and structure of the CNH product portfolio.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, providing analysis which links multiple inputs in support of decision-making
· Utilize datasets to provide early visibility of market trends, competitive product or business threats, and new market opportunities
· Collaborates with individuals or functions across the enterprise to identify, gather, and share market intelligence that can be used to for ongoing business processes
· Work with company personnel in maintaining a knowledgebase with industry, market, competitive and IP data which supports business analysis and decision-making
· Collaborate with product research personnel (Voice of the Customer) to link market intelligence with project-specific research
Requirements
- BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing, or related field
- 5 years minimum in a professional analytical, marketing, product management, or strategic planning role
- Experience in preparing strategy and/or market briefing reports
- Skilled with Microsoft Office software including Access and Visio
- Ability to apply individual judgment in the coordination of complex projects
- Strong writing skills for working with distributed, multi-cultural teams
- Ability to travel internationally
