Market & Partnership Development Manager Job in West Midlands, Midlands UK
This is an interim position, initially for 4 months but most likely to be required until end of 2012. As the Market Partnership Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying potential market opportunities and then establish new partner relationships, identifying potential for strategic alliances and ensuring existing partner arrangements are maintained well.
The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is informed and prepared to respond to formal new business opportunities and able to utilise business intelligence to create and seek out other opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a commerical background in the private sector with extensive experience in designing and delivering successful programme management. You will also;
Be responsible for implementing major change within a complex, multisite organisation
Have experience of Programme budget management across complex organisations
Have experience of partnership working with internal and external stakeholders, where relationships may be complex and emotive
Have experience of delivering productivity improvements across a complex, multisite organisation
Have the ability to evaluate, develop and implement business processes, systems and procedures
