This is a temporary role with a view to make employees’ permanent.
My client conducts surveys on behalf of large organisations in order to gather market research. This is done from a central hub and incorporates all multi-lingual staff to conduct these across Europe.
Due to constant growth and demand within the industry, the company is in need for fluent German speakers to conduct market research. The role would involve you contact people residing in Germany to conduct these surveys via telephone.
The job entails reading off pre-made scripts and gathering information on behalf of clients. As a successful candidate you will be able to speak, write and understand both German and English fluently. Contact centre or translation experience is preferred but not necessary.
