Market Risk Analyst- Leading Commodities Trading Firm recruitment
As a result of this, a new position is available within the Market Risk team at Analyst level, performing analysis, support and assisting in reporting stress testing.
Primary responsibilities include production of daily, weekly and monthly market risk reports including VaR, Options and Stress testing; Analysis of risk for the company’s portfolio across commodities and products; and provision of support within the market risk team for the development of market risk models. The position will also enable the provision of ad hoc analysis as directed by manager as well as support within the risk team for IT testing and development.
Successful applicants will have strong communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills. Candidates will require a proactive nature and also be able to provide a strong focus on accuracy of information. The ability to participate in a multi faceted team environment is also essential.
