Tier 1 Investment Bank in London looking for a senior market risk manager to be responsible for the equities desk in the front office.
Setting of market risk limits and ensuring that the firms market risk appetite is not exceeded within the bank. Reviewing new products and structures to identify all material market risks and ensuring effective controls surround these to ensure appropriate risk management occurs during their life cycle.Provide management with expert advice on market risk related regulatory and internal controls advice. Provision of market risk management information to senior management as necessary to enable decision making with regards to positions.
