A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Insurance client's Risk Management Team as a Market Risk Manager. This is an excellent chance to someone experienced applicant who is looking for the next step up in their career.
The Role
- Reviewing, designing and managing the risk management framework;
- Minimizing the market risk, credit risk and regulatory risk;
- Reviewing and implementing policies and methodologies;
- Monitoring the market risks encountered by the business;
- Providing professional advisory and recommendation to senior management; and
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification in accountancy/actuary/risk management is highly preferable. You must have minimum 5 years' post market risk working experience gained in insurance industry with strong insurance products knowledge. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
