Market Surveillance Analyst
Market leading Broker/Exchange/Clearing House with International presence seeks Market Surveillance Analyst for newly created team within the London office. Working alongside the Head of Market Surveillance the main function of this position will be to assist in the Company’s market surveillance and monitoring processes.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of daily reports analysing trading patterns and behaviour
- Assisting in the compilation of evidence for formal investigations
- Data analysis for ad hoc projects
- Advising firm Members and clients of Rules and Procedures as required
To be considered for this opportunity you will possess the following:
- Market Surveillance, Trade Monitoring or Trade Support experience within Operations or Compliance
- Sound knowledge of spread sheet and word processing packages
- Working knowledge of futures and options
- An interest in the commodities / energy industry
