Marketer / Asset Raiser recruitment

This exciting opportunity would suit someone looking to build on their previous successes elsewhere with a highly marketable and sellable product.  One will have plenty of autonomy to use their own established contacts, along with the scope to work with other leads that have had relationships with the company in the past.

Key Requirements

• Ability to develop and manage own book of business.

• Ability to develop and maximise revenues of both new and existing institutional client contacts.

• Ability to develop and implement specific sales plans and to meet agreed targets.

• Assist in developing the firm’s growth and profile across Europe and other locations.

• Experience working with investment consultants necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Must be able to demonstrate an asset raising track record within the institutional investment management space.

• Possess an excellent database of contacts built up through current or previous roles, this needs to be portable.

• Entrepreneurial spirit including ability to generate business independently.

• High level of motivation and strong work ethic.

• Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to present to clients of all sizes.

• Willingness to travel.

• Good knowledge of the credit investment industry and solid cross product knowledge – exposure fixed income is highly advantageous.

• Strong academic background and relevant industry qualifications preferred.

Skill set required

• Proven ability to deliver excellent quality of written documents in perfect business English.

• Impeccable attention to detail is essential.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle several concurrent projects.

Remuneration

• Good market related base salary and benefits. The bonus will be discretionary and aligned with the contribution and success of the candidate.
