Marketing Acquisition Manager Dillard s Job
Provides marketing management expertise for Dillard s portfolio. Responsible for leading specific marketing programs in acquisition marketing. Works collaboratively within a marketing team and with the client organization to help deliver marketing programs that will grow the Dillard s portfolio. Essential Responsibilities Develop and implement plans for acquisition marketing strategies to improve cardholder activation, usage and profitability. Contribute to strategy and manage execution of new product programs for assigned portfolio Drive new products, product enhancements and value proposition development to enhance product and drive visits and sales Work with retail partners to develop an effective annual marketing plan, encompassing acquisition, Early Month on Book and growth. Evaluate and report on marketing results, conduct market testing and research; shift plans appropriately based on business needs and campaign results. Work closely with marketing analytics and marketing COE teams to identify cardholder opportunities and initiate strategic recommendations and solutions to drive usage and profitability. Assist in the development of annual strategic planning cycles such as growth playbook, S2 Op Plan processes. Provide on the job training and support to new team members Manage Digital marketing strategy, including ecom and mobile Execute in-store signage and marketing with retail stores Qualifications/Requirements: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years marketing experience - PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications - Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time - Must be willing to work out of the Little Rock, AR location Eligibility Requirements - All applications for employment must be submitted through either www.gecareers.com (external) or the Career Opportunity System (COS-Internal) to be considered - You must be 18 years or older - You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process - You must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process - You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
