Marketing Administrator recruitment

Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Marketing Administrator, to be based in London

The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for:

-Producing the CAS Bank - Connexions Magazine on a monthly basis
-Working with the CRI Team Leader to ensure the CAS Intranet is kept up to date with the
new People News, Newsflashes, Magazine distributions etc
-Issuing reports within 24hrs
-Updating the central excel Report Log, which contains an overview of all reports issued
and taking care of proper archiving/filing in the Central reporting issuance e-mail box
-Updating SharePoint with the report issued
-Liaising extensively with colleagues in time zones across the world

As such, the successful Marketing Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

-Ideally have a University qualification - majoring in English
-Advanced windows packages (including Photoshop), although if they have basic windows
experience, further training will be provided
-Experience in publication / editorial / research team (perhaps a university magazine) -
needs to be able to issue a magazine on a monthly basis (ensuring the grammar etc. is of
a high standard and will have responsibility for coming up with new ideas / topics etc. for
each new publication e.g. 5 new faces etc. )
-Experience with intranet publications
