Marketing Analyst Job in Chiswick W45PY, London UK

A key part of this exciting programme of change involves our e-commerce and marketing communications strategy. Due to significant investment in these platforms we have a new and exiting opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join the team on an initial 12 month contract.

You will be based in our Head Office in Chiswick, London; conveniently located next to Gunnersbury tube station on the District Line and 5 minutes from the end of the M4.

As our Marketing analyst you will be reporting in to the Retention Manager and be responsible for supporting our business decision making through the delivery of management insights in customer data. You will define and deliver customer insight reports and presentations.

You will analyse our customer data generated from our CRM system to identify customer behaviours and opportunities for the business to deliver stronger ROI and drive incremental revenue. You will present these findings to the senior team so will need to be able to validate, communicate and justify your findings whilst working closely with the marketing team, retail and finance. You will set up processes to enable regular CI (customer insight) reporting to take place as well as development of campaign reporting templates

Key requirements include:

•   Experience and knowledge working with SQL database and analytics
•   Strong understanding of analytical techniques including RFV modeling, predictive techniques and clustering.
•   Proficient in the use of data mining tools to crunch large volumes of customer data.
•   Experience in tools such as CRM Microsoft Dynamics, Excel (including Macros, Pivots), Business Objects.
•   Attention to detail and high numerical capability
•   Working to deadlines, multiple projects
•   Good understanding of customer communication channels and segmentation
•   Results driven, numerate and commercially aware to ensure all activity can be measured for ROI
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ideally you will be graduate qualified in an analyst; quantitative stats based degree with a couple of years experience in a similar role in the ecommerce, marketing, finance, web market place. A similar role would include Business analyst, Systems Business Analyst, Ecommerce Analyst, Marketing Analyst, CRM Analyst.
