Marketing Analyst

Requirements:

 

  1. Advanced technical degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics or Mathematics
  2. 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing analysis, database marketing and/or CRM strategy
  3. Requires solid business / industry experience in heavy data analytics and decision science  role
  4. Power SAS user with at least 5+ years of advanced experience using SAS (familiar with R is a plus)
  5. Demonstrated strong experiences in multivariate quantitative analysis, building predictive models, clustering and other data mining methodologies
  6. Ability to design, develop and evaluate test versus control pilots
  7. Demonstrated ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and develop actionable insights
  8. Strong problem solving skills and can work independently when required
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Design and/or develop analytical reports to identify most profitable segments or

      track campaigns performance

  1. Provide data analysis and data retrieval when required
  2. Campaign processing: processing large amount of data from Credit Bureau
  3. Database maintenance  (Campaign History, Suppression file and Performance
    Tables), updating and enhancement
  4. Design and perform different types of Multivariate data analysis (building predictive models, segmentation etc) to identify or target most profitable prospects

      6.    Optimize tactical tools to maximize ROI
