Marketing Analytics | Asia – China or Japan based recruitment

The roles sit within the Marketing Sales practice of the Consultancy and the candidates will work with the client teams in solving the clients' business problems with a strong quantitative nature. The job scope involes segmentation, propensity modeling, funnel analysis, customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation, digital marketing, marketing mix modeling and pricing.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client service support and development
  2. Conducting hands on deep analytics on client and external data
  3. Problem solving
  4. Knowledge transfer and practice development
  5. Operating as part of a wider community to support the development of the group and the client

The Requirements:

  1. Strong multi tasking abilities
  2. Being able to work in a flexible and fluid environment
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Professional attitude and service orientation
  5. Willingness to travel on a Pan Asian basis
  6. Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese
  7. Strong academic qualifications - advanced degrees in quantitative disciplines would be an advantage
  8. 3 to 7 years of hands on work experience in a statistical  numerical environment
  9. Experience with a marketing and sales orientation
  10. Programming experience with SAS, SPSS or other languages (e.g., Java, C++, Perl, etc).
