Marketing Analytics/CRM Analytics position

The selected candidate will serve as the principal who executes and manages all of CRM’s statistical and analytical initiatives on both the website and via email marketing.

This position is perfectly suited for the individual who has extensive experience with database marketing analytics and wishes to bring those skills to bear in an interactive email marketing and CRM environment, working with a world-class group of marketing professionals.

 

Marketing Analytics Candidate Requirements
• Master’s degree in Statistics (very good to have) Machine learning or data mining could be transferable, operations research
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis, database marketing and/or CRM strategy. (5 years is a nice too have…real world statistics and modeling are a must have….1-2 yr marketing analytics is needed as well)
• Complete understanding of and experience applying a variety of statistical methods including significance testing, sampling, experimental design, regression analysis, and cluster analysis. Regression (logistic regression), Cart, Chaid.
• Extensive experience and demonstrated proficiency using SAS statistical software. R is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and answer important business questions, interpret analytical output and provide strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated proficiency writing and executing SQL, with a good understanding of database design and development.
• Expertise in email marketing, catalog direct marketing, continuity program or direct marketing a plus.  Additional experience in the travel leisure industry a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, deadline driven environment.
