Marketing Analytics – Japan or China based recruitment

My client is looking to hire candidates for their Marketing Sales practice. The selected candidates will work with client teams on solving business problems from a quantitative perspective. Successful candidates will have access to state of the art, hands on quantitative analysis across the spectrum of marketing and sales.

Role involves segmentation, customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with consulting teams to conduct hands on deep analytics on client and external data

• Playing a significant role in team problem solving through findings, insights and analysis

• Advancing the company’s overall knowledge by providing analytical rigor and problem solving

• Knowledge transfer and practice development as part of the wider community

The Requirements:

• Strong multi tasking abilities

• Flexibility and a good working attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to travel on a pan Asia basis (50% travel)

• Fluency in Chinese or Japanese

• Strong academic qualifications with an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline

• 2 to 7 years of hands on work experience in statistical or numerical analysis with some marketing and sales orientation

• Programming experience – SAS, SPSS or other languages (eg. Java, C++, Perl etc.)
