Marketing Analytics Manager recruitment
Job Description
He/She will perform tasks in the area of marketing campaigns, business analysis, MIS and Decision Support tools.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development and implement of marketing analytic solutions
- Perform the campaign execution process for the business. Support users in defining the selection criteria and providing in-depth campaign analysis with recommendations
- Implement strategic marketing solutions including (but not limited to)
- Pre-campaign / Business Opportunity Analysis
- Test and Learn Campaign Experimental Design
- Tracking and evaluation
- Provide coaching and management support to team members
- Review business and analytical processes, design and create improved knowledge management
Qualifications Skills
- Degree holder with major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics on related subject
- Proven experience in banking industry in similar capacity
- Competent in SAS, Microsoft Access, Excel and Visual Basics
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Previous experience is manage a small team is a plus
