Marketing Communications Manager
 

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining inbound and outbound marketing and communication and branding strategies to help accomplish the company's business’s organizational objectives. CaptureRx is a pharmacy benefits manager and technology company that provides services to hospitals and health centers nationwide.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will evaluate customer needs, market conditions, and competitor positioning/data and will be responsible for crafting and implementing a targeted plan to drive prospective client awareness, education, and interest in the Company’s solutions. Also, is accountable for the day-to-day management of the market message throughout all channels, and at all stages of the companies market and lead development, including market perception, market validation, market lead generation and sales conversion (revenue goals attainment), and will also provide product and thought leadership to the Company*s leadership pertaining to portfolio and solution offerings.

The successful candidate will
1. Monitor industry and competitor trends, and formulate branding and messaging strategy with the assistance of the Company's leadership team, considering; competitive analyses, market needs and new market opportunities. (30%)
2. Create compelling lead generation programs and initiatives and sales support tools, tracking lead generation results, and measure marketing/campaign ROI;.(30%)
3. Manage and prepare all public relations and social media content.  Expand and build social media awareness and followers through industry trades and centers of influence (25%)
4  Create and prepare creative marketing materials and web content that supports marketing efforts(15%).

SUPERVISION GIVEN:
None anticipated, although influence of others will be key to success

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Receives as-needed guidance from Superiors and Subject Matter Experts to accomplish desired outcomes

QUALIFYING JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Required:
* Familiarity with the Health Care industry and related markets
* Strong creative design background and Mac User for  Photoshop, Quark, Illustrator
* Experience Relationships with key 3rd party marketing agencies and service providers
* Campaign design, development and execution experience
* Key Behaviors: Creative, well-organized, collaborative, influential, self-directed and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication skills * both oral and written to support public speaking
* Ability to manage internal/external customer expectations and conflict resolution
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
* Experience in the Healthcare Industry a must

Preferred:
* Salesforce® Experienced
* Understanding of pharmacy industry

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (include certifications):
Required:
* 8-10 years of Multi-channel software or health care marketing experience (i.e. Direct Mail, Digital media, Social Media, Tradeshows, Print and Web)
* B.A. or B.S. Marketing or Communications
