Marketing and Outreach Manager

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to oversee the delivery of multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Build and maintain a database of target / coverage lists, aligning analyst schedules, initiating contact with market constituents via telephone and email, qualifying and scheduling meeting activity and recording activity into a central calendar and database.
- Produce monthly reporting for senior management, in addition to structured and ad-hoc reporting and metrics on meeting targets and activity to stakeholder groups.
- Develop best practice process, procedures and documentation for project managing multiple campaigns.
- Liaise with key groups across the organization to contribute to greater operating efficiencies.
- Schedule and manage regular meetings with stakeholders, providing updates, making recommendations and maintaining campaign momentum.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Finance, Business or Marketing preferred.
- Financial services experience, especially focused on Institutional Investor marketing
- Event strategy and analytic skills
- Database and reporting expertise
- 5 - 7 years of work experience
- Well developed project management skills. Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, yet integrate appropriately with the team and other areas within Moody's.
- Highly organized and good time management skills
- Proficient in MS suite including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
