The key responsibilities of the role include:

Templates – day to day ownership:
• Maintain templates for all DC member documents (pre and post Auto Enrolment versions), ensuring they are compliant and technically correct.
• Maintain templates ready to be used for production in the Brochure Builder document production system.
• Communicate template changes, both content and process, to key stakeholders; report to senior management on the status of templates as required.

Creating documents
• Use of an automated system to create literature for DC Schemes and where appropriate manual production of literature through external design agencies.
• Ownership of KFD production for Group Personal Pension and Stakeholder Pension Schemes.
• Use of a semi automated system to create DC fund partner profiles and fund profiles.
• Project management of the quarterly production of the Market Reviews.

Project management
• Ownership of the relationship with MC Research the third Party supplier for Brochure Builder our document production system.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers, budgeting, preparing timetables and production functions such as copywriting, layout and print management.
• Ensuring that costs are within the quoted budget.
• Ensuring that suppliers produce the quality of product required.
• Maintaining effective communications with existing and prospective clients, their employees and their professional advisers.
