Marketing Assistant- Asset Mgmt, Taiwan recruitment

• Responsible for preparing both regular and ad-hoc client communication pieces and marketing collaterals, including but not limited to sales aids, presentation decks, brochure, etc. to help promote business

• Coordinate the fact sheet development process in local languages and ensure the quick turnaround and quality of fact sheets

• Closely work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of offering document/client notices.

• Help maintain and improve website contents

• Support the plan and execution of marketing activities and campaigns; closely cooperate with other business groups to develop the join- marketing activities, if necessary

• Premiums sourcing liaison with vendors

• Conduct competitive and market conditions analysis

• Collaborate with other marketing teams in the regional and global offices to finish the promotional/marketing projects

• Play a support role and work independently, typically on the most complex and/or important projects.

Key requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.  Professional Marketing or Finance qualifications is a plus

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a financial services industry and marketing functions, preferably in Asset Management and/or Retail Banking environment

• The ability to communicate, read and write in good English and Chinese is a must.

• Licenses and locally registered practitioner of fund management industry in Taiwan

• Ability to work independently and a good team player coupled with excellent project management skills and are self-motivated to work in a high-pressure and multi-cultural environment.

• Computer skills such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is a must

• Ability to use Lipper system is a plus

• Experience in product or market research and commentary/press release writing is a plus
