The incumbent will:

•Assist Marketing dept. personnel as needed.

•Order all marketing supplies for the department and maintain inventory.

•Fill out marketing requisitions and obtain necessary approvals. Maintain copies of all requisitions.

•Run errands as needed (FedEx, supplies, meals, etc.)

•Sort incoming faxes and distribute periodically on a daily basis.

•Keep all office equipment (fax machine, laser printer, color copier/printers) serviced and supplied with paper and toner.

•Act as point person for troubleshooting problems with Marketing department's copiers and plotter.

•Maintain and operate plotter for output of all Marketing projects.

•Place internal sample orders for products as needed and track progress of delivery.

•Random filing as needed.

•Mockups - both cut paste as well as coordinating resources.

•Keep common area neat and organized for the department.

•Filter, process and fulfill banner requests to include cutting, preparation, and coordinate delivery.

•Scan artwork as needed.

•Burn CDs and coordinate distribution as needed.

•Process and fulfill external (dealer/rep) requests for artwork (logos, banners, etc.).

•Assists with preparing trade show properties/materials for outbound shipments and return shipments. •Maintain trade show supplies and inventory and track whereabouts.

•Coordinate the fulfillment of promotional giveaways.

•Assist with promotions correspondence and maintain master log of fulfillment status.

•Assist in distributing premiums as needed.

•Maintain literature cabinet.

•Assist with special projects.

•Assist Art department in making changes to banners for proper output using Photoshop.

•Knowledge of Photoshop and Print Properties for resizing and printing art deliverables for proper output. •Knowledge of cutting supplies (ex. X-Acto knife, scissors, box cutter)

•Research department purchases (recorder, RAL sample books, Xyron machine)

•Assist with events (trade shows, summits, road rallies, etc.)

•Coordinate and outsource printing projects with vendors as needed.

•Coordinate all mail and shipping needs.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have the following experience or knowledge in the following areas:

•1-2 years administrative support experience.

 •Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.

•Must be able to prioritize tasks accordingly on a daily basis.

•Individual should be organized; detail oriented and is a team player.

•Must be flexible, position often requires working over time.

•Computer skills are essential (MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat)

• Ability to accurately use an exacto blade, lamination machine
and other “mock-up” tools, resulting in high quality outputs
