Job Description: Seeking for Creative Candidates to work for a local company that currently has an immediate need for a Marketing Assistant!! *Must have 3 years of related Administrative/Marketing assistant experience. *Pay range: $16-$18/hr *Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Job Duties: *Prepare and update marketing brochures (graphics, demographics, traffic counts, aerials, etc.) *Prepare quarterly Market Trend Reports (project and executive summaries), as well as Annual Forecast. *Run CoStar Analytics reports. * Prepare monthly Newsletter. * Create PowerPoint presentations. * Prepare, submit, and file press releases. * Updates Company website (Dreamweaver). *Computer Skills: Adobe InDesign, Publisher, PhotoShop, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
