Marketing Assistant Job in Riverview 33578, Florida US
Cardno ENTRIX is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work from our Tampa, FL office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Responsible for assisting and working with the Corporate Marketing team to prepare written materials and handle the coordination of external and internal communications including new hires, corporate events, sponsorships, presentations, awards etc.
-This position will be a key link in implementing marketing strategies across the company, by providing materials, technology support, and marketing project coordination, etc. on deadline.
-The Marketing Assistant will be working to help develop social media campaigns and content strategy.
Requirements:
-Must have a Bachelors or higher in Communications, Marketing or related field.
-Must have at least 1 yrs of professional experience.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.
-Advanced understanding of social media marketing principals and best practices.
-Must possess a strong understanding of social media tools and technologies (ie. blogs, blogger outreach, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, LinkedIn, YouTube, widgets and applications).
-Basic knowledge of HTML in order to work within the company website.
-Must have strong writing skills.
-Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Desired Qualifications:
-Must possess excellent organization skills. And have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
-Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign or Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
-Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) is a plus.
