MARKETING ASSISTANT (Rental Division) Job in Pittsburgh 15235, Pennsylvania US

The Tamis Corporation, a growing sales company with national accounts, needs a part-time Marketing Assistant for our Penn Hills office. This is an Entry Level position. 

DUTIES:

·         Assisting in lead distribution to the Rental Coordinators

·         Researching potential rental accounts and building a profile on the event

·         Maintaining regular meeting and communications with each of our Rental Alliance Partners

·         Researching and qualifying potential new members to the Rental Alliance Partner Program

·         Maintenance of  the ALLY rental website (AllyRental.com)

·         Writing and delivering the monthly ALLY Rental newsletter

·         Assisting the Rental Coordinators on an as needed basis with large accounts and order processing.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS
 

•     2-3 years experience in marketing, administration, or sales support.

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•     Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

•     Willingness to learn.

•     Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.

•     Demonstrated problem resolution skills/experience.

•     Demonstrated knowledge of general sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
•     Some knowledge of web design.

        Knowledge of CRM software and/or sales experience is a plus.
