Marketing Assistant(6months)_Asset Management recruitment
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
• Conceptualize, develop and produce market and product related presentations/ training/ pitching materials
• Liaise with vendor on collaterals translation, and responsible for in-house translation when needed
• Proof read fact sheets in local languages and ensure the quick turnaround and quality of fact sheets
• Conduct competitive and market conditions analysis
• Provide ad-hoc and continuous support to Marketing and Sales teams for enquiries and supporting materials as requested by their clients on market/ fund update
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Play a support role and work independently
Key requirements:
• At least 3+ years of working experience in the capacity of Asset Management/ Fund Marketing. Candidates who have strong agency background will also be considered
• University Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration. Professional Marketing or Finance qualifications is a plus
• Strong business acumen and be able to handle end-to-end tasks
• Strong communication, analytical and written skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to read and write in excellent English and Chinese.
• Computer skills such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is a must
• Ability to work independently and a good team player coupled with excellent project management skill
• Self motivated to work in high-pressure and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to use Bloomberg and Lipper s a plus.
