Marketing Associate, 6 months contract (Asset Management) recruitment
Objective:
This position will support the firm's focus on sales and marketing of investment management products across the full range of strategies to our institutional and intermediary clients within Asia-Pacific. This role includes responding to RFPs, RFIs, and client requests, as well as providing marketing support to the Asia-Pacific institutional and intermediary sales teams. They offer a wide range of globally diversified investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments and private markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completion, co-ordination and translation of RFPs and RFIs in both Chinese and English.
- Updates and maintenance of fund factsheets and commentaries.
- Review translations of marketing collateral (English to Chinese).
- Content production for marketing tools such as: product focuses, sales ideas, market commentaries and product positioning documents.
- Marketing support for client functions / seminars.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- A strong interest in financial products and the asset management business.
- Minimum 2-3 years comparable experience in a similar role to finance/banking.
- Understanding of the equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes and investment processes.
- Intellectual capacity to learn and understand complex products.
- Highly detail-oriented self-starter and team player, with the ability to maintain accuracy and effectiveness while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
