Marketing Associate recruitment
In this position you will support Marketing Strategists looking at their specific geographical remits. You will employ your sound financial markets knowledge to generate analysis and process data stemming from marketing campaigns. You will contribute to plans for marketing communications activity, and will be comfortable handling complex datasets to generate findings and results from each campaign. You will share ideas for how your output will shape new business development and advertising as well as marketing activity and you will have exposure to the company’s marketing execution. You will understand what your competitors are doing and will work to ensure the business is at the forefront of the sector’s marketing activity and will use this to have some input into marketing tasks such as collateral creation, social media implementation and presentation development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, or equivalent, preferably with additional language skills to your fluent English. Ideally you will be fluent in one or more of German, Spanish and Italian. You will be able to demonstrate your expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, particularly in complex analytical tools such as pivot data and large dataset analysis. With a background in a highly numerate environment you will appreciate the workings of a busy international sales support and marketing function and will relish deadlines and multitasking. Your written and spoken English will be first-rate and you will be able to demonstrate your ability working alone or as part of a team.
