Marketing - Brand Manager / Retail Banking / London / £55-60k pa

A prestigious Private Bank based in the heart of the City are seeking a Brand Manager to join the Retail Banking arm of their business. This newly created Brand Manager role has become available due to a new transactional service that is being launched early next year which services their High Networth customers - as Brand Manager you will be responsible for the launch of this services and its ongoing progress. With significant marketing experience in transactional banking / cards (HNW) you will manage the strategic marketing and develop a launch plan for this new project. You will lead a lifecycle management programme which looks at all activities including early engagement, activation, spend, loyalty and retention to the luxury card market.

Role
Manage the strategic marketing direction and effectively work across teams to develop launch, acquisition and lifecycle management programmes to drive transactional banking in two key target areas; namely the HNW/luxury segment and the mass affluent segment and roll out a range of tactical initiatives including creative development, copywriting, ongoing customer communication and education, promotions and advertising whilst ensuring consistent brand messages across multiple channels
Develop a launch plan, which will drive existing client take up, create a buzz in the market and attract new clients
From an acquisition perspective, develop strategies to drive existing client uptake as well as new client acquisition
Work closely with the divisional and group marketing teams to ensure all activity is coordinated. Work with specialists within these teams to leverage their expertise in online/digital and event marketing
Ensure UK marketing collateral output is appropriately positioned and clearly differentiated for the UK retail space.
