A direct client of Atrilogy Solutions Group is in need of an experienced Marketing Business Analyst.  Candidates need to have recent experience in a similiar role within an e-commerce company.  The ideal candidates will offer:

The Marketing/Business Analyst is responsible for developing projections, forecasts and measures of performance across marketing initiatives and channels, and for researching and assessing  marketplace conditions to determine the competitive landscape, business opportunity and share potential; and develop usable reports and briefs for management

OBJECTIVE:
Support the Marketing Team and Leadership with its planning objectives in marketing and customer interaction strategies, plans and initiatives; with actionable data, briefs, and models that drive forecasts and expected results targets that can be eventually be reported against.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Lead efforts to define key performance indicators (KPI's) and institutional dashboards for marketing and Leadership Team based on business goal and marketing campaign results
" Monitor and evolve web analytics capabilities and tools to drive effective reporting and data- query use through Coremetrics and Google Analytics, as well as interfacing with MicroStratgy
" Develop a statistical and analytic methodology for channel and segment planning and forecasting and lead the monthly quarterly, and annual goal-setting versus actual reporting.
" Define attribution models related to online/offline marketing campaigns including: search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) display advertising, affiliate, email, lifecycle marketing, customer care, and social media
" Develop marketing campaign ROI models help evaluate the contribution to the generation of revenues
" Work with data analytics and customer insight team members to utilize and report findings to marketing team and supporting agencies
" Synthesize marketing data and research results to develop briefs that support and guide decision-making on new product/service development and integration into the core business.
" Define and recommend business/marketing analytic processes and procedures and lead the integration of such to contribute to the creation of an insight and data-driven company

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
" Bachelor's degree in advanced math, statistics, marketing analytics, or related field; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
" A minimum of 4-6 years a analytics experience
" Strong knowledge of research, data collection, statistics, data analysis methodologies, tools, and technical capabilities to support analytics
" Strong MS Office skill sets
" Ability to meet many short-term and long-term goals.
" Team player with a positive attitude
" Strong verbal and writing skills, and presentation abilities
" Use process oriented approach in project planning and document creation
" Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team to complete tasks as required
