Marketing Business Partner – Transaction Banking recruitment
An amazing Marketing Business Partner opportunity has come about with a leading financial services organisation.
You will manage a team to devise and deliver a wide range of marketing strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of the Transaction Banking business strategies, defining and positioning the businesses so they can compete in their chosen markets, delivering growth in the customer base and income targets.
This will include but not limited to
- Contribute to the development of the business strategy and ensure the development and delivery of effective integrated marketing and communications plans which support the delivery of business unit objectives
- Manage the planning, budgeting and forecasting process of own team’s spend, providing regular reporting to Head of Marketing and wider business unit teams where appropriate
- Initiate research which provides insight into our target markets
- Manage projects, defining plan/resource requirements ensuring deliverables are achieved within the required time, cost and quality parameters mitigating any risk to the business
- Continually monitor the effectiveness of the integrated marketing strategy and planned activities, providing and seeking feedback on the quality of delivery from and suggesting / implementing corrective action where appropriate
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success at developing and delivering strong marketing communications that contain a high level of marketing content. You will have the relevant transaction banking marketing/product marketing experience (current accounts, payments, cards, trade finance). People management experience is key as is senior stakeholder management experience.
