MARKETING CAMPAIGN ASSOCIATE

Position Description:

The Marketing Campaign Associate promotes Reynolds and Reynolds' marketing, advertising and digital media solutions. In this role, you will make outbound calls to automotive dealerships creating awareness of a solution or event and surveying them on needed information. You will then use this information to establish appointments and generate opportunities for field sales specialists and field account managers to drive revenue growth. Other responsibilities include basic administrative duties such as updating and maintaining the appropriate reporting/database systems as necessary.

 

Training:

On the job training as well as classroom training through Reynolds University.

 

Requirements:

•         Excellent customer service skills

•         Strong verbal and written communication skills

•         Experience with direct mail campaigns, advertising, or digital media is a plus
