The newly created Financial Services arm of the UK’s largest developer of privately owned retirement properties is expanding its marketing team and has a requirement for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team where they will lead both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for their newly formed Money division.

Working closely with the Group Marketing Director you will have responsibility for both online and offline marketing communication.  You will develop a financial services marketing plan that sets out aims, strategy and tactics for the successful delivery of target sales volumes for the company’s financial services products.  This will involve implementing a structured test and learn approach to campaign development that fosters a culture of continuous improvement.  It will involve preparing and developing branded sales and marketing collateral for financial services products as well as preparing a monthly marketing report detailing the performance of all marketing activities and making recommendations for future activity. 

To be considered for this role you will have extensive full mix marketing experience from a financial services background with a strong focus on end-to-end campaign management including budgetary experience.  Creativity and strong commercial acumen are key traits for this role.  You will be required to travel once a week to the company’s head office in Bournemouth.
