The Marketing Campaign Specialist, CRM will be responsible for the planning, project management, setup and deployment of direct marketing campaigns. Additionally, the
Marketing Campaign Specialist, CRM
will assist with the planning of various A/B split tests as well as campaign reporting related to email campaigns, and other direct marketing campaigns as needed.
Essential Functions:

Pull lists based on specified segmentation criteria -
Setup emails in Campaign Management system, including input of HTML code, uploading of graphics, setup of trackable URLs, etc. -
Deploy and evaluate test emails to a variety of email providers to ensure quality -
Optimize email graphics as needed for optimal user experience -
Work with internal Network Operations group to ensure optimal delivery rate to various ISPs -
Define and maintain email standards including opt-in/out processes, email size, HTML format, etc. -
Work with internal clients across several countries to coordinate assets for the deployment of all campaigns -
Assist in overall management of marketing programs: create project plans, ensure milestones are met and communicate project status to team -
Work with internal customers to schedule all communications, and manage a communications calendar that reconciles CRM programs driving core metrics with revenue generating 3
rd party offer programs, such that messaging is timely and no user or customer is over communicated with
Qualifications:

BA / BS required -
1 - 5 years experience creating and implementing relationship/direct marketing programs, with a significant focus on email marketing -
1 - 5 years experience deploying email marketing campaigns -
Experience with some form of email campaign management system required -
Advanced HTML skills required -
Basic graphical tools (i.e. Photoshop, Gimp etc.) skills required -
Database querying skills preferred · Experience with data analytical tool is a plus -
Strong technical understanding of email deployment mechanisms -
Strong knowledge of the Internet -
Excellent communication and presentation skills
There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to report to 5 Clock Tower Place, Maynard, MA on a daily basis.
