Marketing & Client Services Associate recruitment
- Assist in all client service and marketing efforts
- Creation and maintenance of RFPs and RFP databases
- Provide support, creation and preparation of meeting materials
- Act as a Client Advocate and assist in management of client relationships
- Monitoring and reporting to clients and consultants
- Coordinate new account set up process
- Understand the firm and its investment process
- Provide assistance with other projects as needed
Must have the ability to work in a high performance, fact-paced environment,
- perform effectively and accurately under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Must be organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Must be open to and comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities and challenges.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills needed
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position preferred. Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or related discipline preferred. Knowledge of fundamental investment and portfolio concepts. Software skills needed: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher). Not required but useful: Advent Products (AXYS or APX), Infovisa ETA, Satuit CRM, FactSet, eVestment Alliance, Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
