MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST recruitment
The role holder will provide a marketing communications consultancy and management service that delivers, integrated, results-orientated plans, campaign tactics and solutions for the company, its brand and business lines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Produce/develop and deliver against integrated marketing communications plans that support product strategy and business objectives. Implement the strategic plan through short and long-term planning. Manage the implementation of these plans.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of corporate and product marketing collateral (including brochures, online content, advertising (online and offline), direct marketing, emails, digital marketing.
- Product literature, sales aids, and promotional items) that supports product strategy and business objectives.
- Determine the objectives and messages of and project manage marketing communications activity/campaigns including product campaigns events, and brand communications, to specified objectives and budget.
- Deliver MI and analysis and make recommendations for improvements to campaign activity.
- Ensure that corporate, product and news event messages are maintained across all on and offline content.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that outputs meet technical, communications and brand standards.
- Add value to the sales process by making proposals/recommendations and producing market leading communications and support materials.
- Channel the insights and skills of business customers, internal colleagues and external/agency resources to propose and manage the delivery of effective, creative, results oriented marketing communications solutions.
- Maintain a detailed awareness of and make researched recommendations for communications.
- Provide advice, guidance and professional judgment, identifying options and recommendations for consideration by others Keep abreast of and operate within a best practice model for investment marketing communications and maintain excellent business knowledge.
- Understand and operate within financial promotions, data protection and brand framework. Contribute to the development of these frameworks including ideas for the improvement of processes.

Core Requirements:
- Marketing communications planning and campaign management experience.
- Significant experience in a professional marketing role.
- Marketing or Communications degree.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and customer base.
- Project management, facilitation and presentation experience.
- Good MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
