MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ASIA
To develop, manage and implement marketing and profiling campaigns to promote the investment offerings, support sales generation and increase brand recognition. Work with the Head of Marketing Communications, Asia to develop impactful thought-leadership programs to promote strategic themes, and drive implementation in Asia. This involves active engagement with and support to the local territories. Work with marketing resources in Asian territories to ensure locally-driven initiatives related to key global and Asia-wide business themes and investment strategies are coordinated. The aim is to generate synergy, avoid conflicts and enhance alignment. Develop and manage effective marketing campaigns to promote select investment capabilities. The aim is to complement institutional sales efforts and contribute to corporate profile enhancement. Work with the Head of Marketing Communications on the development and management of the brand across the Asian territories and at a regional level. Work closely with counterparts globally and regionally, and managing external vendor relationships. Manage the regional marketing and brand budgets effectively. Support the Head of Marketing Communications to facilitate effective communication with the territories, and to enhance territory cohesion and alignment where beneficial.
To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder in Marketing, Finance or other related disciplines with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the branding or marketing fields. Demonstrable experience of corporate brand building and investment product marketing, ideally in Asia. Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering a pan-regional marketing strategy to support asset management sales objectives. Superb written and verbal English communications skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Superior attention to detail. Strong investment knowledge. With ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines. Self-motivated and a good team player.
