Position Purpose:
Assist in the development of communication programs and materials that support the marketing objectives of the business team in a manner that utilizes best practices, cultivate brand stewardship, provides strategic and creative excellence, and is both highly effective and efficient.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • The incumbent works closely with the Team Leader and Communication Managers to develop communication programs, collaborate with the creative designers, and production coordinators to develop and produce materials for product, program introductions, and promotion events. This includes preparation of creative briefs with Team Leader supervision/approval.
  • Upon approval by Team Leader and Stakeholders, the incumbent is responsible for the execution of the project in a timely and efficient manner utilizing internal and external resources. This includes purchase requisition preparation and troubleshooting where necessary.
  • Monthly the incumbent provides financial reconciliation for each active project for the sector assigned.
  • Participate in annual Marketing Communications evaluations and creative reviews contributing recommendations.
  • Participate in Marketing Communication continuous improvement process ensuring best practices and processes are kept evergreen.
  • Responsible for quarterly review of all brand images in global digital assets library to ensure that all images are updated as necessary, archived with complete meta data per GDAL requirements and have appropriate access levels established.

    Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing related field
  • Three years experience in marketing communications
