Clayton Kendall, the largest provider of Promotional Products and Fulfillment Programs in Pennsylvania, is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager with strong problem solving skills to join an existing team for full-time employment in our Monroeville offices.
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing communications programs. Experience in all cross-channel marketing mediums is required (e.g., public relations, outbound communications, promotional programs, sales collateral, web content, and social media content) to support Clayton Kendall’s objectives. This position will define and implement a comprehensive Marketing Communications Plan and develop content across multiple mediums to communicate and reinforce company positioning, branding, and the value proposition of Clayton Kendall Programs. At the same time, he/she will work as part of a small but highly motivated team to support execution of marketing programs and campaigns including e-mail blasts, webcasts, and events to drive revenue with existing customers as well as new prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain a comprehensive Marketing Communications Plan that outlines goals, key corporate/product messages and communication vehicles to be leveraged
- Work closely with senior management to ensure that product positioning is understood and being correctly communicated
- Develop content to support marketing communication objectives including press releases, collateral, website and blog content, case studies, presentations, e-mail campaigns, advertising, and editorial placements
- Create and manage a schedule of marketing action items and delivery dates
- Support sales activities by identifying, prioritizing, and scheduling new marketing communication deliverables
- Execution of marketing programs and brand strategy as well as oversee advertising, multimedia, web and print communications including social media, e-mail campaigns, direct mail campaigns, and events
Qualifications:
- 4+ years relevant Marketing Communications experience
- Ability to take business goals and strategies and make them into actionable and measurable campaigns.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, and manage communications plans
- Track record of excellence in delivering on message, quality content across multiple mediums
- Understanding of social media and its role in B2B marketing
- Applicable BA or BS Degree
