Marketing Communications Manager recruitment
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for all elements of Wilshire Analytics marketing communications, including media, tradeshows, planning and execution of all promotional materials used in customer and sales promotions to professionally project the image of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute marketing plans for the acquisition and retention of clients
• Develop and execute branding plans to increase marketing presence
• Create and produce targeted digital and printed marketing materials including quarterly client newsletters
• Manages agencies, printers and subcontractors, with the responsibility to recommend changes as appropriate
• Quickly respond to sales force needs with the production of ad-hoc collateral
• Manage event/tradeshow execution
• Monitor Company positioning against competition
• Survey customers and prospective clients periodically for needs assessments
• Manage marketing budget
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with concentration in finance or marketing.
WORK EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED SKILLS:
• 10 years marketing and managerial experience with specific experience in customer-facing activities: writing, collateral development, presentation development, events, and lead generation programs, all within a business-to-business environment, preferably within financial services or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly
and professionally
• Demonstrated project management, multi-tasking, and leadership skills with sharp attention to detail
Strategic and creative thinking on a broad and individual account basis
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including statistical analysis experience, predictive modeling, problem-solving, and analysis a plus
• Expertise with MS Products including Excel functions (pivot tables, charts/graphs, summary statistics, filtering, reporting, and formatting) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
• Knowledge of software such as InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
