By developing online business strategies and campaigns that help us build awareness of our expertise in health and wellbeing to new customers. You'll join us in our Consumer Acquisition Marketing team which is responsible for acquiring new customers. It's a high profile post, reporting directly to the Consumer Acquisition Marketing Manager and will give you the chance to develop quickly Reporting directly to the Consumer Acquisition Marketing Manager you will forge relationships with managers and colleages across the Marketing function as a whole and appropriate Team Leaders across the business. You will be involved with focused communication with agreed suppliers and appointed agencies as well as external customers

Idelly you will have the following:

• Good experience of delivering successful integrated online marketing campaigns preferably within the Financial Services sector.

• Experience of managing conflicting priorities and customer expectations

• Experience of working with external agencies and third parties

• Creative and proactive individual who can really seek out innovative solutions to consumer and market challenges, to help us meet our demanding customer acquisition targets.

• Good literacy and numeracy skills and Ability to interpret data and MI

• Experience of budgetary management

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence.

• Understand the needs of customers and ensure they are treated fairly

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Self-starter who can work independently and is focused on delivering output consistently throughout the life of a project.

Ideally already with a professional qualification under your belt, you'll have established your marketing career within a financial services and/or healthcare background, and will have a good understanding of Aviva's current position in the market.
