MARKETING COORDINATOR (1-YEAR MATERNITY LEAVE)

Position Accountabilities /Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing initiatives with the objective of driving and attaining sales.
Supporting existing and new business opportunities by leading the creative execution of marketing programs
Working with outside agencies where required to facilitate the execution of specific creative elements
Developing content for marketing and communication materials by working across the organization to identify objectives, gather relevant facts and synthesize into powerful messages
Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams to build and execute marketing and customer contact strategies
Creating marketing materials, presentations, etc.
Conducting customer research as required to understand customer needs; develop strategies to leverage opportunities or mitigate risks
Working collaboratively within the company to execute business and marketing plans and product launches
Achieving key performance indicators as established by management

In order to be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes.

2 - 5 years of Marketing experience
Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Marketing
Basic graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials
Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
Excellent written, content development and editing skills along with excellent verbal communication skills
Creative and innovative thinking, results focused
Excellent attention to detail, planning and organizational skill and time management skills
Ability to work as part of a team, be adaptability and flexibility
Accountability and dependability

Salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year, based on level of experience. Benefits too!
