Making Your Mark
We are positioning for our next level of growth and require an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales initiatives. The primary function of this role is to coordinate the efforts of our Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of sales and merchandising support materials to internal and external audiences. You are a confident, energetic and patient multi-tasker who can juggle competing priorities and still get the job done – on time and on budget!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, update and maintain sales and marketing collateral materials including promotional and booking sheets, customer load-in forms, planograms.
- Order all marketing materials in optimal quantities to meet the needs of the business; ensure they are produced at quoted costs.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of sales materials including catalogues, brochures, and product displays.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to design, develop and execute customized merchandising and display programs on time and on budget.
- Coordinate all activities associated with our participation in trade shows across the country.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly Marketing and Product Update packages and email marketing program including writing, editing, and formatting.
- Prepare slide presentations and other materials necessary to support sales team.
- Ensure our showrooms are current and well maintained.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of college level Marketing, Communications or related field program.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Your spelling is flawless.
- Must be able to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and deadline oriented environment with little supervision.
- Superb knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strategic, open minded, and creative.
