Marketing Coordinator Job in El Monte, California Us

 

Under some supervision and following established policies and department procedures, the Marketing Coordinator is to provide marketing-related support in the following areas:

 

 

 

  1. Assists Marketing Director, Assistant Manager, and Officers, and collaborates with Coordinators in various marketing tasks and projects.
  2. Processes and records daily billing and invoicing.
  3. Handles all branch/department sponsorship requests.
  4. Coordinates gift requests.
  5. Provides support in other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         Education:    College degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or related discipline preferred.

·         Experience:  Minimum 2-3 years marketing-related experience.

·         Skills/Ability: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Knowledge in data management systems a plus.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Highly organized with strong attention to detail and good follow through skills.  Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese.  Proficiency in Chinese word processing a plus.  Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.  Willingness to work overtime occasionally to accomplish and meet deadlines.
