JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal team member for this position will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn while supporting a highly-active marketing practice.  Candidate should have a marketing or communications degree and one year full-time experience or significant internship experience.

The Marketing Coordinator supports installed base and prospect marketing programs for several software products and services. As a member of the marketing team, you will implement marketing strategies for lead generation and revenue growth in the government marketplace and gather data to track results.

 

The Marketing Coordinator should expect to perform the following activities:

·         Coordinate direct mail and email fulfillment

·         Event and tradeshow planning, organization and oversight

·         Write copy for various marketing communications

·         Other marketing activities as assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

·         4-year degree plus one year full-time, or more internship marketing experience

·         Experience marketing to government sector preferred

·         Experience in direct mail, eMarketing and event planning

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

·         Ability to follow-through and meet deadlines without making errors

 

·         Professional written and verbal communication skills

·         Must be able to coordinate many details in a proactive and organized fashion
