Marketing Coordinator Job in Manchester 03101, New Hampshire Us

Our dynamic marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to assist with our growing marketing team.  The purpose of this role is to provide dependable, high quality marketing support with a concentration on lead progression and event coordination.  

Responsibilities:

 

ü  Work with the  Marketing Manager to research, coordinate, and follow up on all customer, external and internal events that respectively include, but are not limited to:

o   CODA user conference, on-line customer training

o   Trade shows, webinars

o   Company meetings and events

ü  Attend trade shows as needed to provide logistical and tactical support

ü  Support deployment and progression of campaigns into both prospect and customer areas

ü  Progress leads by fulfilling website and knowledgebase requests, obtaining background information on potential prospects and following up as needed

ü  Supervise intern staff responsible for lead progression support

ü  Maintain lead and campaign data within CRM system and provide reports as needed

ü  Assist with website content updates and quality assurance

ü  Produce CODA User Conference materials including but not limited to date-saver cards, email communications, event brochures, pre-opening and closing slideshows and post-event evaluation reports

ü  Produce graphics and materials for localized campaigns and events

ü  Adhere to and communicate corporate branding guidelines to all staff and serve as primary resource to ensure compliance

ü  Monitor toll-free Information line and respond to all incoming inquiries as appropriate

ü  Maintain collateral and premium inventory

ü  Assist with RFP prep and overall coordination

ü  Maintain NASBA CPE sponsorship accreditation

ü  Secure information by completing database backups

ü  Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems

ü  Maintain customer and staff confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

 

Required Skills Experience:

 

ü  Minimum 2-4 years experience in B2B marketing/lead generation environment and Bachelors degree or equivalent

ü  Desire to develop and expand experience in MarCom, direct marketing and web skills

ü  Self-starter with initiative to take on new work independently

ü  Versatility and flexibility when working on projects and within tight deadlines

ü  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, detail and process
