MARKETING COORDINATOR
Prominent law firm located in Matawan, NJ is currently searching for a:
MARKETING COORDINATOR
Some of the job responsibilities include:
u Assist with the preparation and development of customized RFP responses, proposals, capability statements, presentations and other client-facing pitch materials.
u Assist in maintaining the firm’s proposal content and contact databases.
u Track pitch and proposal activity at the firm, with a focus on pitch team wins/losses.
u Prepare detailed client research, competitive intelligence, trends and analysis of prospects.
u Provide support and assist with the writing, editing and proofreading of firm marketing collateral, including existing and new attorney biographies, practice descriptions, brochures and other marketing related communications.
u Assists with the production and mailing of marketing materials, both through hard copy and electronic distribution.
u Provides additional support to the department as needed.
Specific Requirements:
u Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
u 2 plus years marketing communications experience in corporate/professional services environment; law firm experience and/or specific experience working on RFPs and other pitch materials a definite plus.
u Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
u Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
u Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
u Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in person, by phone and by email.
Salary range is in the 50k to 60K range depending on experience.
