Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary: Come help EMCOR Government Services reach out to new customers and strengthen our brand. Our business development team has an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator based in Crystal City/Arlington, VA. This position will be a hybrid position that supports business development through both marketing and proposal development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis. This position will be our primary researcher for potential contract targets. The Marketing Coordinator will use various search engines, subscription databases, FOIA requests, and key interviews to collect raw contract data.
- Trade shows. This position will support marketing and logistics efforts related to the approximately dozen trade shows that our team participates in each year.
- Writing. This position will be responsible for writing/creating marketing presentations, proposal sections and capabilities statements.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated writing ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Powerpoint
- Additional proficiency in Adobe graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
- Impeccable organization skills and an attention for detail
- Proven ability to work individually and as a team
- Willingness and ability to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment
